Title: Mouse Moves

A little tiny mouse
has moved into our house
We think he squeezed beneath the door
then scurried across the floor
He hides behind the skirting board
and takes with him a wee hoard
of crumbs.

Hopefully, not for his chums!

Unfortunately he can't stay
so we've had to work out a way
To catch him without causing pain
Using a mouse tube that's humane.

We've set it up with cheese
and hope that this will please him.
Then when we catch him.
We will despatch him
somewhere very nice
where he can play with other mice.
So he doesn't start thinking twice
and try to sneak back in.
