Profile for David Wood

David Wood is no longer a pilot in the Royal Air Force, which pays the bills and supports his writing habit.  He is also no longer currently serving on a NATO exchange tour instructing on the United States Air Force KC10A Extender aircraft.  Writing when he sits in the back of an aircraft trying to stay awake and when lying in hotel rooms trying to fall asleep; he hopes to one day retire to the Island of Cyprus and write on the deck of his own yacht.

David is now a pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force, living in Queensland.

My favourite authors?  Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett - fabulous and British.  Also, Michael Marshall Smith is a genius - "Only Forward" is the greatest book I have ever read - and I've read at least 3.
